Position Summary...
What you'll do...
This position is located on site at our brand new corporate campus in Bentonville, Arkansas.

As member of the Global Marketplace eCommerce Compliance team, you will support the monitoring of regulatory obligations relating to eCommerce marketplace sellers.
The position oversees the review of submissions regarding seller conduct, executes monitoring/QA for accuracy, analyzes seller data, prepares reports for leadership, and proposes improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance. This role will partner with various teams including eCommerce Compliance, Policy Governance, Operations, Legal, Global Investigations, and Product.
An ideal candidate demonstrates an entrepreneurial style getting involved in the necessary details to manage functional responsibility and key relationships. We are looking for a cross-functional team player who drives hard, operates with a sense of urgency, leverages partnerships, navigates pushback from internal and external stakeholders, and is decisive and objective in applying standards and policies.
What you'll do....
Lead site monitoring activities and ensure seller compliance with established polices and guidelines.
Oversee the triage process for internal and external reports regarding seller behavior, identify proper Walmart teams to refer submissions for further review and action.
Prepare reports for leadership related to risk indicators and that show trends or developing risks in seller behavior, including analysis of seller data reports, and data on program effectiveness.
Participate in tooling solutions, managing the tooling roadmap and working closely with our Product and Engineering teams to implement fixes.
Conduct monitoring/QA for compliance program execution.
Oversee process documentation, report generation and coordinate the implementation of polices, processes or workflows.
Conduct regular reviews and updates of processes to reflect changes in regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
Support seller compliance policy training and awareness efforts for seller-facing content and for Walmart associate-facing content for compliance areas.
What you’ll bring….
Bachelor’s degree or related experience in security, investigations, operational management, compliance, legal, privacy, or related field.
Experience with eCommerce, retail and customer service, compliance, or content review/moderation.
Experience with vendor, seller, or supplier standards enforcement.
Ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with people at a variety of levels.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple investigations simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Experience performing risk analysis and making data-driven decisions to mitigate seller compliance risk.
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow and Salesforce.
Experience working with teams in different time zones and cultures.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
