What You Will Get To Do:
The Technical Operator in this position helps plan, organize, and execute technical operations in support of priority mission requirements. This includes development of technical concepts for cyber mission; the ability to identify potential roadblocks to successful completion of complex operations. Officer utilizes extensive knowledge of traditional cyber network activities to include technical targeting to help guide planning. Officer drafts and coordinates operational correspondences, as well as briefs and communicates operational planning to senior levels and other mission partners. Officer also has a solid understanding of field operations and can help guide technical and operational objectives. Officer may also travel in support of operational objectives, but officer’s main focus is providing technical expertise from various entities.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
An active TS/SCI with Poly clearance University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or 10 years of relevant IC experience
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience providing technical operations support
Ability to protect and safeguard operations and equities
Significant knowledge of client’s cyber capabilities and cyber tools
Demonstrated experience managing strategic and/or large-scale technical operations to include development of technical tools, operational access coordination with client partners, and drafting correspondences
Demonstrated experience collaborating with a multi-discipline team to achieve and/or deconflict operational objectives
Must have knowledge of or demonstrated experience working with client partners
Specific experience working with client’s various offices with established working knowledge of their capabilities and tools
Significant demonstrated expertise in drafting and coordinating correspondence
Demonstrated expertise in briefing to an audience of varying technical expertise and Senior leadership levels
Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills; be able to work in a high-impact, busy office; and work well in an open, collaborative environment
Demonstrated outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience working on complex projects in a multi-client team
Working knowledge of client’s applications
Experience travelling operationally
Experience working with field
Ability to interact and communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures, and to convey technical information to non-technical individuals
Demonstrated experience preparing documentation utilizing client partners principles
Demonstrated understanding of the entire computer network operational cycle
Experience planning, deconflicting, and collaborating on technical and/or cyber operations with client partners
Significant demonstrated ability to integrate into a multi-discipline team and take a team-based approach to solving complex problems
Strong organizational skills. The ability to identify potential roadblocks to successful completion of complex operations, develop and implement solutions to those roadblocks
Show initiative in starting new lines of effort, implement new processes

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$102,900 - $216,200
