The Role

Enterprise Infrastructure underpins the firms desire to adopt an agile and cost-effective usage of underlying Enterprise infrastructure. Our infrastructure provides best-in-class foundations and enables our stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions and services to the firm and our clients.

The Enterprise Infrastructure team focus upon operational day to day support, maintenance, service management within the following core technical solutions - 

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Windows Server Mgmt. – Experience of managing servers at scale, managing server health, security vulnerabilities, requests and incidents.
  • Active Directory / Azure Entra ID – Oversee user identity infrastructure and response to request, incidents and routine maintenance.
  • Infrastructure Management – Management and maintenance of DNS and DHCP solutions, Certificates and enterprise technical infrastructure.
  • Microsoft MECM – Oversee MECM environment, day to day platform support tasks, routine solution maintenance, resolving incidents, requests and issues.

Role expectations:

  • Responsible for day-to-day operational technical support. Managed incidents, service requests and technical changes and regular ongoing systems maintenance and updates.
  • Technical proficiency, analytical working practices and alignment to service delivery processes with alignment to ITIL best practice.
  • Input subject matter expert knowledge and experience, seeking to continuously improve service, develop working practices and maintain documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Engagement and collaboration with third-party suppliers, ability to communicate to stakeholders at different levels.

About You

Experience:

  • Operational Technical Infrastructure support; with at least 3 years’ experience.
  • Demonstrate in-depth technical experience and knowledge across following solutions – Microsoft MECM, Microsoft SCOM, Windows Server Mgmt., Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, Certificate mgmt. and network infrastructure services.
