We are seeking a Sr Advisor Ethics & Compliance who will be responsible for providing strategic and analytical advice and support in connection with the planning, development, training & awareness, implementation, management and continuous improvement of Enbridge's corporate compliance programs. This includes Enbridge’s Statement on Business Conduct, Privacy, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Third Party Risk Management, Human Rights, Sanctions and Fair Competition programs.

Own the E&C Program Training & Awareness Strategy including training and communication development and implementation. This includes working with vendor partners and internal Communications and Learning & Development teams to conduct Enterprise E&C training including annual Statement on Business Conduct training and reporting.
Lead assessments for post-merger E&C program integration projects and activities for newly acquired entities.
Provide strategic advisory services to enterprise partners on E&C risks and policies.
Lead and support E&C program development, including policy reviews, risk assessments, monitoring and reporting.
Conduct research related to relevant compliance risks, legal requirements and compliance enforcement in different jurisdictions, as well as governmental guidance documents and compliance program standard processes; formulate risk-adjusted mitigation plans and strategies that support business objectives.
Provide legal counsel with other advice and support as required in connection with compliance programs.
Leverage AI/data analytics tools and technology in program reporting and monitoring in order to drive continuous improvement.
University Degree or Technical Diploma, preferably in a legal, regulatory, compliance, governance or risk management-related field.
A minimum of 8 years of dynamic experience in a legal, regulatory, compliance, governance, risk management or similar subject area.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Applies an innovation, learning and optimization mentality to all tasks and projects.
Proactive self-starter with strong internal customer focus.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to use judgement and discernment to solve problems and make practical decisions.
Ability to work independently and to efficiently manage time, priorities and goals.

Approach work with a One Enbridge attitude - collaborate with other teams within the Ethics & Compliance and other departments in support of Enbridge’s goals and strategic priorities.
Experience/knowledge of communication, learning and reporting platforms and tools (Workday Learning, PowerBI, Viva Engage), MS Office suite (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and SharePoint.
CCEP (Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional) designation.
