The National Security Sector within Leidos is seeking a Lead GEOINT Analyst to support our customer and will work out of Charlottesville, VA. The successful candidate will excel at developing GEOINT strategies to support targeting and have experience working with unique collection assets and capabilities.

This position is contingent upon contract award.
Primary Responsibilities:
Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for integrated intelligence production.
Applies excellent analytical skills to research complex concepts and subjects.
Manages research and coordination for projects.
Instructs and interacts with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks.
Leads team in the production of reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts to senior policy makers.
Ensures that final products conform to customer quality standards and intelligence oversight guidelines.
Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in related discipline and 20+ years conducting geospatial intelligence analysis with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
At a minimum, GEOINT Professional Certification – Fundamentals (GPC-F Level 1).
7+ years of experience supporting Special Operations/Special Missions, human targeting, special activities, or other relevant non-standard GEOINT support to highly specialized customers.
Demonstrated experience in developing GEOINT strategies to support targeting.
Demonstrated experience working with unique collection assets and capabilities.
Superior understanding of GEOINT processes, activities, standards, and available analytic tools.
Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Expertise with intelligence production of facilities and infrastructure; and expertise with facility-centric targeting methodology and tradecraft.
Security Clearance Required:
Active TS/SCI
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a related discipline.
Background in Special Operations Support.
Experience leading teams of 10 or more employees.
