Work Flexibility: Remote

As a medical education lead on Stryker's Neurosurgical team, you will help educate and demonstrate the benefits of key products to practicing surgeons, teaching-hospital faculty, and residents. You will be responsible for managing our online learning management system, helping to produce content as well as coordinate educational workshops both live and virtual. This is a Remote role open to candidates located in the US.

What you will do 

  • Support development of educational content utilizing Health Care Professional input 
  • Support program development with guidance from others 
  • Maintain collaboration with broader Medical Education/product marketing/sales training, etc 
  • Lead Medical Education program coordination, logistics and content delivery 
  • Organize in-class or virtual courses 
  • Identify what we want to measure/track and most appropriate method 
  • Provide input to future plans 
  • Assist in defining business metrics 
  • Provide data and input to plan 
  • Understand the different communication channel strategies 
  • Partner with Marketing Communications to develop communications plan 
  • Mange online learning system

What you need 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • MBA preferred 
  • 4+ years of work experience required 
  • Previous experience with or familiarity with MIPS (minimally invasive parafascicular surgery), neurosurgery procedures highly desired
  • Understanding of neurosurgical procedures ICH highly desired

$75,300 - $156,900 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 40%
