Position Summary
Senior Manager, Product Manager would be responsible for the definition and management of the capabilities and roadmap for assigned AI-based products. This role will be accountable for the following:

Partner with Product Owner to work with cross functional stakeholders
Partner with Product Owner to implement product roadmap and backlog
Work with stakeholders and SMEs to refine requirements
Partner with engineering 
Establish and oversee ongoing user support and testing
Support and model best agile practice to support the product vision



Required Qualifications

  • Experience with Leading-edge technology including AI (Machine Learning (ML), OCR/ICR, Natural Language Processing (NLP)0 and Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and how to leverage the tools to improve business operations
  • Direct business operations experience or working on business operational process improvement project and ability to lead transformation with the business team.
  • Knowledge of various IT Project management – Waterfall, Agile, Scaled Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to define business cases for investment for technology and operational change.
  • Prior Relevant Work Experience:  7+ years



Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the Healthcare industry and related business operations within Medical Insurance, PBM, or Pharmacy operations.
  • Certified training in process re-engineering and improvement methodology including Six-Sigma, kaizen, etc.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$118,450.00 - $236,900.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
