Job Description

Overview

The Project Support Officer provides administrative and coordination support to project teams, ensuring smooth delivery of projects by managing documentation, schedules, reporting, and compliance with governance standards. This role is non-technical and focuses on organizational, communication, and process support.

Your role

  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning and tracking project activities to ensure timely delivery.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare regular status reports.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to organizational policies and project governance standards.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders.
  • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to project teams.

About you

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Prior experience in project coordination or administrative support preferred.
