The opportunity

We are expanding our Business Process Quality capabilities to further strengthen the consistency, efficiency, and documentation standards of our global order‑to‑delivery processes.

In this role, you will partner with cross‑functional teams to optimize workflows, enhance quality performance, and support the organization in meeting evolving certification, compliance, and customer requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity for a process‑driven professional to contribute to continuous improvement and help shape best practices across multiple locations.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities

  • Support global certification efforts for our management systems

  • Develop, document, and implement optimized processes aligned with business goals

  • Establish and monitor KPIs for process quality and provide actionable insights to management

  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methods

  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, regulations, and certification requirements

  • Provide process-related training and support to employees across the organization

  • Collaborate with IT and other teams to enable process automation and digital enhancements

  • Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions for process-related issues

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or similar; Master’s is a plus

  • 5+ years’ experience in process analysis, process quality, or continuous improvement in a multinational environment

  • Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or other process improvement methodologies (certifications preferred)

  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with complex data

  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex topics to diverse stakeholders

  • Proficiency with process mapping and project management tools (e.g., Visio, ARIS, Lucidchart)

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory compliance requirements

  • Experience in dealing with certification of management systems (e.g. IOS 9001) welcome

  • Role requires availability for international travel of approx. 25% or more, depending on business needs
