Your Job:

The Brooks Footwear Product Operations team exists to enable and empower product teams to achieve their best possible outcomes. This function, within Global Footwear, focuses on operational excellence by defining, communicating, and constantly improving operational processes, internal communication, and strategic project & portfolio management. In support of these efforts, Product Operations develops, deploys & maintains tools and targeted solutions.
  As the Senior Program Manager, Brooks Academy, you will design and curate comprehensive curriculums and development plans aimed at enhancing the skills and capabilities of Brook’s footwear team members through the Brooks Academy training program. This program is created for our Footwear employees with the goal of accelerating and expanding their knowledge in all aspects of product creation and product leadership. This involves working closely with managers and footwear leadership to identify individual and collective skill development opportunities across the team and leverage internal and external tools to create training programs, strategies and roadmaps that foster continuous professional growth and excellence within these areas.
  
The successful candidate will be a strong leader across the organization and have a passion for creating development opportunities for employees.
Compensation: The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $108,403 - $162,605 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
