JOB SPECIFIC TASKS

1.Period Analysis

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for Resort Operations, in collaboration with respective Financial Controllers

• Regularly review and update FF&E expenses, cash tracking and forecasting for Resort Operations

• Review cost allocations to Clubs entities and Inventory Fee purchase for Site Managers

• Monitor and assist in inventory Dedications to Club entities

2.Planning and Analysis

• Perform qualitative and quantities analysis of Club Resort Operations

• Prepare and upload forecast for Club Resort Operations

• Participate in the Budget, Long Range Plan and Strategic Plan process for the Resort Operations

• Prepare and manage Resort Operations reserve account forecasting and analysis

• Maintain financial tools to facilitate business decisions

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain information for ad hoc/routine analysis as per business needs

3.Internal Controls

• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management

• Prepare quarterly cost reimbursement files for financial consolidation reports

SPECIFIC CANDIDATE PROFILE

•  Able to read and understand financial statements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.

• Highly proficient in Excel.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills.

• Able to organize, prioritize work, meet tight dead-lines

• A team player with ability to collaborate with senior management, functional departments and external partners

• Strong business integrity and holds sensitive information in confidenc

• Strong command of English language
