Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Associate Procurement Agent (Level 2) to join the BCA Major Systems and Flight Control Contracts team in Everett, Washington on first shift.

The selected individual will provide contracting knowledge including, but not limited to, negotiating, and executing all aspects of Contracts & Sourcing in support of BCA programs.

The individual will also maintain supplier contracts and statements of work within approved BCA Supply Chain policies and procedures. Some travel may be required for this position. Approximately 10% domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
  • Prepare and execute proprietary information agreements.
  • Support sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
  • Communicate performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience working Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW)
  • 1+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
  • 1+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications and Product)
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher is desired but not required
  • 1+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry

Typical Education/ Experience:

Typically, 3 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range:  $64,600 - $76,000
