岗位目标:

1. 新产品引入协调员

2. 负责工厂每日生产效率数据的收集与分析

3. 负责工厂固定资产管理

岗位职责: 

1、负责新产品引入过程中各部门的协调沟通工作。

a)新产品引入过程中，对过程进行日产的跟进管理，

b)负责定期组织新品引入的例会，跟进并推动项目能够按期完成；

c)负责对接客户并定期向客户进行项目汇报；

d)识别风险，追踪关键问题的进展，及时协调所需资源并对出现的问题进行的控制与汇报，并负责新产品各阶段时间节点、成本指标、质量目标及项目预算的管控及达成

2、负责工厂生效效率数据的收集与分析

a)产线各种绩效管理指标数据的收集；

b)分析产线效率波动的原因，并定期整理成报告；

3、负责工厂固定资产管理

a)负责工厂固定资产台账的更新

b)协助工厂内部团队，确保每月需转固的设备能够顺利转固

c)协调固定资产盘点工作

d)协调固定资产报废的工作

背景/经验: 

- 两年及以上项目管理工作经验优先考虑。

- 本科及以上的学历或相等教育

- 较好的工程及新品引入理念

- 较强的人际沟通能力。

- 英语沟通能力

- 熟悉Microsoft软件运用，包括Microsoft Project及Power BI的运用。

JOB PURPOSE:

1. NPI coordinator

2. Daily Labor efficiency tracking and analysis

3. Facility fixed assets management

JOB DUTIES: 

1. NPI coordination,

a)Daily NPI progress management;

b)Leading regular review / meetings to ensure projects on track;

c)Contact window of customers, periodically connecting with customers to keep information alignment from both sides; 

d)Risk management and good cost mindset, can proactively identify potential risks and take mitigation plan accordingly. Control and achieve the time nodes, cost indicators, quality targets and project budgets at each stage of NPI.

2. Responsible for operational efficiency indicator collection, gap analysis, and reporting

a)Collection of performance data of operation

b)Analyze the reasons for fluctuations in operation efficiency and compile reports regularly.

3. Responsible for fixed asset management,

a)FA data bookkeeping and update

b)Support internal to ensure converting fixed assets every month

c)FA counting

d)FA transit or scrap coordination.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE: 

- More than 2 years project management working experiences is better

- Bachelor’s degree or above or equivalent education.

- Have good Engineering and NPI mindset

- Excellent communication skill

- Good command of English

- Familiar with Microsoft Office kit including MS Project and Power BI.
