Join our HCM consulting team to drive digital transformation and process improvement for our clients using SAP SuccessFactors. As a Consultant, you'll be instrumental in implementing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

• Responsibilities:

• Analyze client needs and design tailored SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet specific requirements.
• Manage end-to-end project implementation ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
• Train and support users to ensure successful solution adoption.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure project success.

• Mandatory Skills:
  • SAP Human Capital Management
• Mandatory Skills Description:

• Degree from a top engineering or business school.
• At least 5 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, with expertise in multiple modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management System).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent understanding of HR processes and SAP SuccessFactors integration.

• Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

- • Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication skills.

• Languages:
  • English: B2 Upper Intermediate

• French: C2 Proficient
