Job Description
 

Strong Project Mgt Experience as well as working knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) 

Location: United States Remote CST or EST 

 

Sprinklr is looking for a seasoned project manager who can keep our IT initiatives on target and on budget. Focusing on cross-functional IT initiatives, you will work with key users from different business groups to implement platform changes that will have a direct impact to Sprinklr’s ability to deliver value to our customers and appropriately support our growth at scale .  You are passionate about solving problems through technology, highly organized, and have outstanding analytical and communication skills. 

 

About the Role (what you’ll be doing) 

 

You will oversee the development of services and user experiences that effectively govern identities and control data and resource access. By leveraging your expertise in IAM technologies and industry best practices, you will drive the evolution and enhancement of IAM capabilities, ensuring a seamless and secure user experience while aligning with organizational goals, various compliances and regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of IAM program, including identity management for end users and services, authentication, federation/SSO, authorization, and role-based access control (RBAC) and privileged access. 

  •  Work with management to develop and execute a comprehensive platform strategy for IAM, aligning it with the overall business goals and market requirements 

  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate closely with employees, internal stakeholders, and engineering teams to gather and prioritize requirements 

  • Project Management: Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring effective development and execution of deliverables 

  • Roadmap Management: Define and maintain a detailed IAM Program roadmap 

  • Continuously iterate and update it based on changing priorities 

  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, working closely with engineering and scrum teams to effectively plan and execute work 

  • Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress, and gather feedback to drive program improvements 

  • Release Management: Plan and coordinate releases, working closely with engineering, quality assurance, and other relevant teams 

  • Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the IAM features in the program and platform 

  • Industry Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements related to IAM capabilities. 

 

Qualifications 

  •  5+ years of product management or engineering experience building IAM or related products 

  • Knowledge of IAM concepts, patterns, frameworks and technologies : 

  • AuthN/AuthZ : basic web authentication, SAML, OAuth/OpenID, MFA, Role based access control (RBAC) is required 

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft IAM architecture within Entra ID. 

  • Experience with Identity Governance concepts 

  • The ability to distill a complex set of requirements into incremental deliverables that are well defined and valuable 

  • Experience preparing and presenting a technical roadmap to customer and management stakeholders 

  • Experience working within an Agile development process; clear understanding of roles and ceremonies 

  • Strong collaboration skills to interface successfully with a broad variety of stakeholders across multiple time zones and functional domains 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to effectively communicate strategy, technology, and tradeoffs to customers, developers, and management

Compensation Range

$110,000 - $146,000 - $183,000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role.  Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s  discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.
