As Treasury Specialist, your mission will be to drive the development of innovative treasury solutions tailored to the region, enhancing our commercial value proposition. This role will focus on optimizing working capital management and FX efficiency for the South Cone.

 

You will also be responsible for:

• Negotiate funding for anticipation in the South Cone countries, mainly Argentina and Chile;
• Implement flows for efficient currency exchange from local currency to USD, being responsible for the execution of the hedging operations;
• Support the commercial team in designing proposals for strategic merchants, ensuring alignment with the company's value proposition and operational capabilities;
• Establish and manage relationships with banks, payments providers and brokers;
• Act as a liaison between the local office and global treasury team; working closely with EBANX Director in the South Cone region.

 

What we would like to see:

• Solid experience in treasury, preferably in the banking or fintech sector;
• Deep knowledge of the Argentinian FX market, including regulations, key players, and solutions to mitigate FX exposure;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and a proactive attitude. Comfortable working independently while being an active part of a global team;
• Fluent in Spanish;
• Advanced English.
