About the role
As Director of Ecommerce Marketplaces, your mission is to build a profitable and growing business for Lovepop on Amazon. You are accountable for defining the long term strategy, maintaining a 18 month strategic roadmap, and actively managing the P&L of the business unit. You own all aspects of the customer experience on the platform including the product marketing on the listings, the brand store page experience, and the content shared through advertising and social initiatives. You own all the executional channel management including but not limited to catalog management, advertising management, everyday campaign planning, seasonal campaign planning, new product introductions, and inventory management. You partner with the product development team, merchandising, and Lovepop.com marketing teams to build an Amazon strategy that integrates into the broader goals of the organization.
