Job Overview: Perform Virtual implementation on multiple CDK applications to maximize the dealership's efficiency, profits, sales, productivity, and revenue. Responsible for setting up client's server with all necessary data for them to operate daily activities with utmost efficiency. Ensuring completion of implementation by maintaining quality at levels within defined SLA's, is of utmost importance. Following defined models to perform intense quality checks on each task performed before delivering to the customer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work in collaboration with North America Virtual implementation consultants to assess dealership business practices, processes, and goals for better understanding.
  • Ensure cross-collaboration between teams to enable faster delivery of product
  • Contribute to streamline the existing processes & focus on automating the same to bring down the cycle time
  • Must have LEAN mindset to optimize the process and eliminate hand-offs to reduce wait time
  • Work on highly customized and complex requests by using in-depth process knowledge and going beyond what is expected
  • Propose and implement innovative/creative initiatives to accelerate process efficiencies and handle day-today team's tasks in a more organized manner
  • Ability to implement, customize, and train assigned applications without assistance.

Competencies Required:

  • Must have the zeal to adapt to all challenges and gain process knowledge in no time by understanding the step-by-step procedure along with 5W's behind all tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills required to establish a healthy and meaningful relationship with stakeholders. Work closely with them to understand the requirements, gain clarity wherever needed, delivery 100% as expected and incorporate feedback to improve.
  • Answers all install questions based upon dealer best practices. Presents alternatives and recommendations where appropriate.
  • Highly focused on self-development by gaining knowledge on related processes and learning new tools/technologies from scratch to upskill oneself and implement the same learning for the betterment of the process/team.
  • High on engagement levels with positive attitude and proactive in approach to pick up additional responsibilities in the team

Skillset:

  • Strong knowledge on MS Office Applications
  • Advanced Excel and SQL
  • Email Writing and technical writing skills
  • Fundamentals of working of an automotive dealership
  • Logical thinking
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to recognize critical situations, make decisions, and take actions. Informs management when necessary.
  • Must be well-versed with prioritization techniques. monitor personal backlog and manage the time well to ensure increased productivity
