We are looking for an Intern to start in July 2025 within the Programme Management function to support with planning, administration, monitoring and reporting activities.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support Programme Management operations including Programme reporting, metrics and action tracking.
  • Support the operating rhythm through coordinating Programme Management meetings and Risk, Issue & Opportunity Reviews.
  • Co-ordinate the Programme and Project performance reporting dates and materials to meet the reporting timelines ensuring inputs align to the quality standards and best practices set.
  • Support the implementation and improvements to the Programme Management Best Practices.
  • Support the maintenance of the centralised Programme lessons learned repository.
  • Identify and implement process, quality and productivity improvements.

Essential Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Right to work in UK - We do not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
  • Studying a degree course or have graduated a degree course within last 2 years

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Studying degree level in business studies, project management, finance or similar
  • Confidence or willingness to present and host meetings
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to discuss ideas and concepts with stakeholders of all levels.
  • To have forward thinking mind-set and self-motivated
  • Effective communication skills
