We are a team delivering HR&Payroll services to our customers for over 10 years. We are looking for skilled professionals who will contribute to keep the highest level of customer satisfaction.
In the role of Payroll Process Lead, you will be a key player in payroll preparation and execution for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparation of Payroll Run, executing payroll and performing Post Payroll activities
Performing the payroll year-end closure
Perform payroll activities with a proper level of understanding of data sensitivity
Answering payroll-related queries from customers and stakeholders
Participating in projects/ activities related to the implementation of changes and updates in the payroll process and infrastructure
Cooperating closely with SV and the Operations Manager on a daily basis regarding all the process-related stuff
Manage the identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives
Administer and evaluate all Payroll & HR processes in the scope of the account
Assist and train all new and existing employees for various Payroll & HR processes and review and recommend improvement to all Payroll & HR processes
Ensure that Payroll-related processes are processed accurately and timely and compliant with all legal requirements.
Escalation management
Requirements:
Min 2 years of experience in Payroll Processing
Experience in Payroll and Post payroll processing in SAP is a must
English (B2 level) and communicative German
Intermediate level of Excel
Customer centricity is a must
Proactive & self-reliable
Strong communication & analytical skills
Attention to details
Ability to work under pressure
Austrian HR or Payroll knowledge will be an asset
