<職務内容>

Role Overview: Corporate Communications Support

Support the planning and execution of corporate communications that build and protect Lilly’s reputation. This includes developing and implementing media strategies to drive positive coverage, strengthening relationships with media and key stakeholders, and enhancing digital PR platforms. In parallel, contribute to employee engagement through internal events that foster a connected workplace culture. The role focuses on reinforcing corporate brand equity and delivering consistent, engaging communication aligned with Lilly’s mission, values, and business strategy.

Support Internal & External Communication and Corporate Branding

  • Support for planning and executing various internal events, including quarterly town halls.
  • Assist in developing and implementing PR plans aligned with Japan Communication Focus and global corporate branding messages.
  • Help create and adapt content such as press releases and social media articles for targeted media to enhance awareness and reputation.

Contribute to Digital PR and Online Presence

  • Support management of Lilly.co.jp and corporate social media channels (e.g., Facebook) as part of the company’s online communication hub.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Affairs team, cross-functional teams and global counterparts to ensure content consistency and brand alignment.
  • Assist in optimizing social media strategies to build corporate reputation.

Foster a Positive Communication Environment

  • Acquire the skills to establish and maintain relationships with key media stakeholders.
  • Support issue management activities under the guidance of senior communication leaders.

Maintain Corporate Reputation Platforms

  • Help strengthen and maintain the company’s media management foundation.
  • Ensure alignment with Lilly Brand guidelines and contribute to brand consistency across all communication channels.

Fostering Team Lilly Culture

  • Collaborate and work to showcase Team Lilly spirits, representing the Corporate Affairs team in occasions where cross-functional team members are working closely together.
  • Participate in cross-functional ERG (Employee Resource Group) activities and, if interested, consider joining as a member.
