Key accountabilities
• Manage the use of office space and the space planning for each Euronext locations, ensuring healthy and safe work environment for our employees.
• Liaise with General Services to provide feedback and ensure the highest quality operational support.
• Control and monitor the costs of office space and expenditures within pre-budgeted targets by the use of efficient methods of operation.
• Liaise with external telephony providers relating to maintenance and technical issues.
• Ensure the General Services local team submit accurate information about incident management, the number of tickets raised and the resolving time .
• Liaise with engineering department for related technical support for the Euronext switchboard.
• Liaise with IT department and third parties for related support for the Euronext facilities
Your profile
• Previous experience in technical support functions in a management role leading a team
• Proactive and logical approach to problem solving
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of Word, Excel and other general computer skills
• Ability to work with all the organization as well as with tenants
• Strong team player who is prepared to support the business when required
• Able to develop partnerships and understand and challenge third parties to come up with the best fitted solutions
• Strong project management and supervisory skills
