Your Impact

The Senior Analyst, Associate Engagement plays a critical role in bringing Lowe's associate engagement strategy to life through data insights, campaign support, recognition coordination, and enterprise reporting. This role supports the execution of high-impact initiatives—such as Culture of Winning and Lowe's-sponsored service days, by providing tactical and analytical expertise that enables meaningful associate experiences across the company. This individual partners closely with HR, Communications, Events, CD&I, and Community Relations to track participation, manage toolkits, and tell compelling stories of associate connection and culture in action.

What You Will Do

  • Support the planning and delivery of enterprise-wide engagement moments and cultural activations by managing logistics, materials, content calendars, and internal communications workflows.
  • Assist in the execution of associate recognition programs, including awards submissions, nomination tracking, recognition content collection, and celebratory event support.
  • Track campaign performance metrics such as associate participation, satisfaction, feedback, and sentiment; build executive-ready dashboards and reports to demonstrate impact.
  • Manage team toolkits, campaign templates, and content calendars to enable field and functional leaders to drive engagement at the local level.
  • Collaborate with internal partners like, Communications, Events, Marketing, and PR to ensure campaign materials are accurate, accessible, and aligned with enterprise messaging and brand tone.
  • Conduct post-campaign reporting, survey analysis, and benchmarking to support continuous improvement across engagement programs.
  • Maintain internal channels such as SharePoint and Teams sites to ensure consistent access to engagement tools, resources, and storytelling.
  • Support the planning and delivery of enterprise-wide engagement moments and cultural activations by managing logistics, materials, content calendars, and internal communications workflows.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree Marketing Activation, Event Planning, Communications, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 5+ yrs of corporate or retail experience working with frontline teams, field ops, or associate-facing programs.

Preferred Skills/Education

  • Master’s degree
  • 5+ yrs of experience in project management and experience design
  • Experience corporate or retail environment
