About the Role

We are looking for a creative and versatile Designer who can seamlessly blend video editing, motion graphics, and layout design. The ideal candidate is someone who understands visual storytelling, has a strong sense of design, and can create engaging content across digital and print platforms.

You will work closely with marketing team to deliver high-quality videos, motion graphics, social media creatives, and layout-driven assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble video footage into polished final outputs for campaigns, events, and social media.
• Create motion graphics such as title animations, transitions, explainers, and promotional videos.
• Develop layouts for presentations, posters, banners, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Understand brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency across all assets.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and marketing teams to ideate and execute creative concepts.
• Adapt raw content (images, footage, illustrations) into platform-ready formats.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.
• Stay updated with design trends, motion techniques, and new editing tools.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and basic understanding of DaVinci Resolve (optional).
• Good working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Figma for layout work.
• Ability to create clean, modern designs with good typography and layout sense.
• Experience in creating short-form videos for social media (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of sound design is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with 2D/3D animation (Blender, Cinema4D) is a bonus.
• Knowledge of UI/UX tools like Figma.
• Photography or illustration skills.

Candidates must share a portfolio or showreel showcasing:
