We are seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager to manage a software development organization made up of multiple engineering teams. This role is essential for translating high-level strategies into actionable plans, ensuring alignment between teams, and driving the effective implementation of our engineering roadmap. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mix of technical knowledge, leadership, and project planning to ensure that our engineering efforts are well-coordinated, successful, and impactful.
You will be at the forefront of building a culture of collaboration and team performance, ensuring that projects will drive growth and take our resident and associate experience to the next level.
