Senior Design Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to join our design team. This role is for a seasoned
professional with a strong foundational design knowledge and a proven track record of delivering
exceptional design solutions across a variety of platforms. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and
upholding brand identities, campaign strategies, and visual storytelling, while also mentoring junior
designers and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Design Projects: Conceptualise, develop, and execute comprehensive design solutions for
branding, campaigns, digital experiences, print materials, and more, ensuring alignment with
strategic objectives.
• Brand Stewardship: Develop and maintain consistent brand identities and corporate guidelines,
ensuring adherence across all touchpoints.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, present design
concepts, and build strong, lasting relationships.
• Strategic Conceptualisation: Translate strategic insights into compelling visual concepts,
collaborating with creative leaders and strategists to elevate design practices.
• Print and Digital Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of both print and digital design,
including print finishing techniques and best practices for various digital platforms.
• Presentation Mastery: Design and refine high-impact presentations and pitches, ensuring they
are visually engaging and effectively communicate key messages.
• Mentorship and Guidance: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering their
growth and development.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain meticulous attention to detail across all design outputs, ensuring
accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
• UI/UX Awareness: Demonstrate a solid understanding of UI design principles and craft,
contributing to user-centred design solutions.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Proactively address visual and strategic challenges, leveraging
strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

Skills and Requirements• Extensive Experience: 7+ years of professional design experience in a creative or agency
environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing a broad range of practical skills.• Foundational Knowledge: Strong foundational design knowledge, including typography, layout,
colour theory, and composition. • Software Proficiency: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign) and Figma.
• Branding Expertise: Proven experience in developing and implementing brand identities and
corporate guidelines.
• Conceptual Design: Exceptional conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate strategic
insights into impactful visuals.
• Print and Digital Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of print production processes and digital
design best practices, including understanding of print finishing.
• UI/UX Awareness: Knowledge of UI design principles and craft is highly beneficial.
• Presentation Design: Expert-level presentation design skills.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, with exceptional organization and time
management skills.
• Collaboration and Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a
fast-paced environment.
• Animation (Bonus): Animation skills or proficiency in tools like After Effects is a plus.
• Portfolio: a strong portfolio is essential
