About the Role  

Taking on the responsibilities of both a creative and a supervisor, this position will work with the senior copywriter and organize the team to carry out creative thinking, supervise team members and control human resources and time costs, and produce creative works that meet Ogilvy's standards.

What You’ll Do 

  • Client Management
    • Communicate with both account colleagues and Clients to gain a better understanding of Clients’ needs, and provide efficient creative solutions.
  • Strategy
    • Work with planners to develop communication strategies as needed.
  • Creative Leadership
    • Responsible for the project which are undertaken with senior copywriters.
    • Comprehend communication strategies through creative briefings, and innovative ideas with copywriters and other creatives.
    • Produce design drafts for teams and Clients based on different communication channels.
    • Control the cost of production.
    • Act as the main force of visual execution and be responsible for quality control.
    • Have good communication skills and teamwork skills when working with collaborators.
    • As a “senior student”, help designers become familiar with the qualities of commercial art and enhance their creative thinking and abilities.
    • Be passionate about emerging tech knowledge, share helpful information with colleagues, and provide inspiring creative ideas for works.
    • Proficiency in mainstream design software.
    • Responsible for creative and effectiveness recognition at local and international awards competitions and new/existing business growth.

    • Stay motivated and constantly improve professional skills in creating work.
