SAP FICO Consultant - JD

The candidate should have 6-9 years of solid SAP FI experience (relevant) in application
management and development projects in large MNC / India Domestic accounts / Government clients.
Should have done at least 1-2 end-to-end Implementation, experience in SAP ECC system and solid
exposure to support engagement (AMS) and conversant with Incident, Bug Fix, Service Requests
and Changes delivery.
Expertise in resolving Incidents, Bug Fixes; Deliver Service Requests and Minor changes.
Ensure that the system issues are resolved in accordance with the agreed SLAs.
Participate in Problem Management Activities like Corrective and Preventive actions. Suggest
process improvement and to fine tune the solution and/or business process.
Participate in solution reviews with peers/ team members, provide necessary inputs to technical
teams.
Undertake full responsibility for the quality of work delivered.
Work closely with CR team and liaise with customers and DXC AMS team for successful deployment.
Deliver required documentation as per defined process.
Communicate proactively to relevant stakeholders on work product related status, delivery dates and
any matters likely to impact the service levels.
Acquire necessary approvals from person responsible to maintain solution template to ensure that
application fixes and new functions are consistent in design and functions as the existing Systems.
Manage tickets queue in a way to have low to none aging tickets.
Ensure number of escalations are low to none.
Provide required inputs for meetings; prepare work progress and status reports at given intervals.
Should be an expert in AP, AR, and Asset Management
Well versed with integration with third party software through PI/PO, BW, ALE11 etc.
Ideal candidate should be a BE/ BTech/MCA and or MBA Finance/CA/ICWA
Candidate should be SAP Certified from SAP AG
