CACI is hiring a Unified Communications Specialist - MS Teams (M365) to support our customer in Annapolis Junction, MD!

What You’ll Get to Do

• Lead the migration and adoption of Microsoft Teams as our primary unified communications platform.
• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Teams environments, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
• Provide technical expertise and support for Skype for Business, Jabber, Cisco CMS, VTC (Video Teleconferencing), Oracle SBCs (Session Border Controllers), and other communication services.
• Ensure seamless intercommunication between various communication platforms and services.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and performance of unified communications systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Train end-users on the effective use of unified communications tools and platforms.
• Monitor system performance, analyze trends, and implement optimizations and upgrades as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies related to unified communications and recommend improvements or enhancements.

More About the Role

Ability to manage complex projects and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues
Experience with Skype for Business, Jabber, Cisco CMS, VTC systems, Oracle SBCs, and other unified communications technologies
Proven experience as a Unified Communications Specialist or similar role, with a focus on Microsoft Teams migration and administration
Strong expertise in Microsoft Teams administration, including voice and video integration, channels, chat, and collaboration tools

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$66,100 - $135,600
