The internet hospital operation specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing the operational strategy on IH partners, committed to establishing a good ecological partnership for IH project.
This position requires a solid foundation in pharmaceutical knowledge, marketing event experience, understanding the operational model of third-party Internet hospitals and basic data analysis skills to ensure the company's pharmaceutical products perform well, increase disease awareness, patients’ education, online clinic supporting, patients service and enhance Pfizer brand in patients.
Success will be met through exceptionally close coordination and partnership within Business Units, Customer innovation, Commercial team, Medical, MI, Digital, Compliance, legal etc. and external experts in internet and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Digital Commerce Director and Business Units, understand companywide omni channel strategy, BU level brand strategies and patient engagement models, build up brand operation strategy on eco partner platform.
- Responsible for the implementation of the whole process of Internet hospital project operation.
- Responsible for coordinating and interfacing with relevant teams of internal business units to ensure the smooth implementation of the Internet hospital project.
- Responsible for docking with all business partners involved in the project, and orderly carry out the operation of the Internet hospital project.
- Responsible for promoting activities for the Internet hospital project
- Responsible for coordinating the needs of all parties involved in the Internet hospital project, issuing project data reports on a regular basis, and tracking feedback in a timely manner.
- Responsible for assisting the company to explore the Internet hospital model and constantly carry out project innovation.
- Support the company's various innovation initiatives and actively explore opportunities and methods for innovation.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superior managers.
Education and Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marking or digital companies
- Bachelor’s degree required master’s degree preferred.
- Sharp business acumen and demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit.
- Able to interact, partner and provide thought leadership for key stakeholders with comfort and ease.
- Experience working with agencies/vendors.
- Strong ability to anticipate roadblocks well before they occur and take action to ensure they don’t arise.
- Acts decisively in complex and fast-moving environment.
Technical Skills Requirements:

- Excellent English and Mandarin Chinese skills
