International Security Agent

Passenger Service Lead
JOB PURPOSE
American Airlines International Security Agent ensures the safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft. He /She would be responsible for screening passengers, baggage, and cargo to detect any security threats. As an agent they are to follow strict security rules and regulations to ensure compliance. They work to prevent any potential risks by spotting suspicious behavior and identifying threats early. Additionally, they assist passengers with security procedures while keeping things efficient and smooth. Their primary goal is to maintain a safe and secure environment, following international security standards.
Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1) Assist with Security Checks:

Learn Security Procedures:

Attend flight and staff briefing as required by American Airline.

6. To perform any other duties as directed by Management.
Qualifications & Skills
Education and qualifications
Five (5) CXC subjects, with minimum Grade 2 pass or equivalent. English, Information Technology and Mathematics or Accounts are required subjects.

• One year working experience in an Airline Customer Service or Transportation Industry would be an asset.
Physical requirements
Flexible hours: You’ll need to work shifts, which may include nights, weekends, and availability to work Overtime as required
