Conagra Brands - Russellville is looking to add to our team to help us meet the demands of our customers across the country. You will work #LI-Onsite at the Russellville, AR manufacturing plant. We are hiring for Supply Chain Employees to help us produce meals in a manufacturing environment. You will report to the Material Planning Manager and join a team of 1500.

You Will:

  • You will work with other departments.

  • You will work with the Production Planner to maintain correct level of inventory.

  • You will review packaging materials for advance booking of orders to maintain supply.

  • You will work with different departments on new packaging items.

  • You will uphold quality expectations of materials with guidance from Quality.

  • You will keep us informed of price trends that affect us and potential service issues that may come.

  • You will document and resolve supplier quality and performance problems.

  • You will help us solve supply and service problems, ensuring seamless customer service to all other departments.

  • You will participate in plant safety, quality and operations activities as recommended.

  • You will maintain a working knowledge of other purchasing functions including raw materials. Take a leadership role in covering for other department members.

  • You will help us plan for and perform company physical inventories.

  • You will present information and respond to questions from managers and coworkers.

  • You will occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.

  • You will use hands; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; bend or stoop, kneel, and crawl; and taste and smell.

  • You will work at height and in closed spaces occasionally.

  • You will sit for up to 8 hours a day.

  • You will compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

You Have:

  • You have high school diploma or GED equivalent

  • You have clear vision.

  • 1-2 years manufacturing experience.
