As a Senior Trade Marketing Specialist you will play a pivotal role  in crafting effective product assortment plans and pricing strategies, all while identifying new market opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities in designated key markets through efficient supply management.

You will be responsible for driving head inventory exposure strategically and curating  marketing events.

You will collaborate cross-functionally, in particular with marketing and sales functions, to ensure seamless operations and provide vital support for data-driven decision-making.

Your efforts will be instrumental in maximizing and fostering sustained growth, enhancing the revenue of marketing assets and contributing to improving customer engagement signals and satisfaction

You'll spend time on the following:

  • Reviewing and optimizing newly submitted deals, collaborating closely with Vendor Managers to secure optimal pricing and deal structures from merchants. Additionally, predicting and analyzing the market performance of new deals is a critical aspect of the role for driving head inventory exposure strategically
  • Developing market-specific assortment plans by identifying emerging trends and key products to address market gaps, while formulating pricing strategies. It involves providing support to the sales team in executing the strategy and monitoring its progress
  • Managing the implementation of marketing events, acting as a crucial point of contact between marketing and sales functions. This entails gathering commercial inputs and influencing the creation of the marketing calendar, distributing the final version and ensuring, if necessary, that supply development aligns with priorities. Additionally, maximizing head inventory exposure across assets by curating and ensuring flawless implementation.
  • Provide essential support for data-driven decision-making, contributing to the weekly reporting analysis and interpretation of critical sales and marketing data for the company's strategic guidance, such as marketing assets performance for paid and not activities.
  • Becoming the expert and reference point for the markets under your responsibility, which include United States. Acquiring an in-depth understanding of market dynamics in these regions will be key to fulfilling this role

We're excited about you if you have:

  • Experience with marketplaces – minimum 2 years
  • Proficient experience in assortment planning, coupled with expertise in price positioning is highly desirable
  • Ability to overcome challenges innovatively and being open-minded
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and team members effectively through clear and persuasive communication, fostering successful collaborations and outcomes, while aligning everyone with common goals
  • Customer Orientation: ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Advanced Excel Proficiency, Google Workspace and SQL
  • Project Management experience: Efficient execution of marketing and commercial  initiatives
  • Advanced English Proficiency for enabling effective communication and collaboration in diverse professional settings
  • Good analytical thinking: provide strategic insights and data-driven decision-making
  • Teamwork person: Enhance productivity through collaboration, fostering a valuable network
  • Bachelor's Degree

We work in a hybrid model – 2 days per week in the office, 3 days remotely.
