You will have brand and business responsibility for your category from Day 1 and be responsible for maintaining and building the strength of the brand equity in consumers' minds through advertising, media, and trial-driving programs. You will work in a diverse team and in close collaboration with agencies to deliver effective brand building plans in the local markets. You will work in an international atmosphere, with team members located across Latin America.
Delivering the objectives for Category in Mexico targets (net sales, ROI, market share) through the development and execution of brand plans/strategies that identify main market barriers/opportunities to drive growth. Main Priority is to create expertise and become the leader of category products
This Role will have contact with regional team to make the local adaptation of the global toolkits/initiatives for the successful launch of new products/brands.
Supporting the brand director and / or the marketing manager in the development of annual brand plans, including financial objectives (sales budgets, marketing)
Brand activation initiatives and new product development launches.
Contributing with the delivery of OP objectives (both net sales and EBIT, respecting the budget allocated for the sales promotion Identify the most relevant consumer contact points so that the assigned brands adapt optimally to the global toolkits)

Job Qualifications
Legal eligibility to work in Mexico
1 - 5 yrs of previous strong experience in Brand Management
Market and data analysis (Nielsen) experience required
Ecommerce Strategy development experience required
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Excellent strategic and courageous leadership skills
Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking
An ability to drive innovation and brand growth
Strong ability to communicate and team capabilities
Strong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" attitude
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities
