What You Will Do

• You will lead the team in developing the project charter and management plan, directing, managing, and evaluating project tradeoffs for successful execution.

• You will engage with project stakeholders to define and refine project scope, gaining managerial approval and creating a detailed Work Breakdown Structure.

• You will develop and manage the project Gantt chart, analyzing critical paths and major workstreams to ensure timely progress.

• You will collaborate with your supervisor and/or project PM to establish and maintain the project budget, ensuring costs remain within target.

• You will partner with the project team to create and monitor project Quality Plans, utilizing key quality planning tools and techniques.

• You will develop a risk management plan, identifying, analyzing, and mitigating project risks through a well-structured risk response strategy.

• You will contribute to the Procurement Management Plan and collaborate on selecting procurement partners to meet project needs.

• You will estimate, acquire, and assign project team resources, defining roles, responsibilities, and deliverables while providing performance feedback.

• You will create and execute a communications management plan, ensuring effective communication with the project team and key stakeholders.

• You will build successful working relationships across departments, with a strong understanding of quality systems.

• You will demonstrate high emotional intelligence, staying calm under pressure and excelling in conflict resolution.

• You will drive results in support of business goals, even under tight timelines, and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

• You will influence others without direct authority, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.

• You will incorporate end-user feedback to refine project scope, communicating changes, updates, and decisions to stakeholders effectively.

What You Need

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent required

• 4+ years of work experience required in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):

• New product development experience
