Job Title: HR Technology Analyst

Department: HR Technology

Title: HR Technology Analyst – HCM

The HR Technology Analyst is a part of Insulet’s HR Technology Team administering Insulet’s Workday implementation. He/she will work closely with HR customers to ensure accurate data and system integrity. As an integral part of the HR Technology Team, the HR Technology Analyst will be the subject matter expert for Insulet’s Workday platform.

This position will be responsible for gathering and providing data upon requests, reporting, analysis and the distribution of reports. In addition, the person will participate in the design and build of consistent approaches, standards and systems for analytics, reporting and data comparisons and validations across various HR data sources and processes.

This position will leverage available information assets and understand key indicators to identify appropriate metrics, in addition to discovering trends and provide summaries of analyses in concise executive views.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer Workday systems, processes and databases.
  • Analyze, test, implement and support HR tools, applications and systems.
  • Plan, document, implement and monitor HRIS systems security and corrections processes.
  • Works collaboratively with HRIS vendors to troubleshoot, research and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Plans and develops processes, reports, and automation.
  • Promotes quality, compliance management, and process improvements using the various tools and guidance.
  • Participates in the ongoing development, communication and implementation of team concepts, programs and policies; coordinates work to ensure best practices with all team members.

Education and Experience:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (preferred)
  • Experience supporting a Workday environment.

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

  • Workday PRO certification in HCM
  • Working knowledge of HR processes.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels
  • Must possess a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Must be a team player as well as comfortable working independently
  • Comfortable encouraging best practices in a multicultural environment
  • Ability to carry out clear instructions to continually raise the standards of processes across the Project Team
  • Results orientation and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, performance orientated culture.

  • Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential material and possess good business judgment and ethics.
