Job Summary
The Senior Compensation Analyst will participate in compensation-related projects by conducting market analysis, job evaluations, completing survey benchmark reviews, and data-driven compensation reviews to ensure that salary structures remain competitive. Additionally, the Senior Compensation Analyst will be responsible for compensation data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity while supporting system enhancements This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our compensation programs effectively support talent acquisition, retention, and organizational performance. The ideal candidate has experience in compensation analysis, market benchmarking, survey participation, with a solid understanding of compensation practices within the healthcare industry.Pay Range
Minimum $88,795 Midpoint $117,666 Maximum $146,494Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
Experience
• Required: Minimum five years of healthcare compensation experience.
Education
• Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Statistics or related field.
Special Skills
• Required: Human Resources Information Systems Experience. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel & Access). Analytical skills including statistical analysis, and financial modeling. Strong interpersonal skills. Attention to detail. Current knowledge of field and applicable laws. Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize work, and be flexible with changing priorities. Experience with evaluate new and existing healthcare roles by assessing the job responsibilities, required skills, competencies, education, experience, and overall impact on the organization. Apply job evaluation methodologies to establish job levels and classifications that align with both internal and external standards. Use compensation data specific to healthcare roles to ensure roles are appropriately categorized based on healthcare benchmark. Regularly benchmark roles against healthcare specific compensation surveys and data sources to evaluate competitiveness within the healthcare market. Stay updated on current compensation trends in healthcare, regulatory requirements, and market shifts, adjusting job levels and compensation structures. Educate HR business partners and department leaders on the job evaluation process, providing guidance on how to accurately describe roles and responsibilities to ensure effective evaluation outcomes.
