Natron Energy is seeking Battery Assembly Technicians to assemble battery cells and packs at its future Edgecombe County, NC location. Hiring for these roles is scheduled to begin in 2026.
This is a hands-on position involving operating battery cell assembly equipment and working in a dry room or glovebox setting. Qualified applicants will have prior hands-on advanced manufacturing experience in battery, semiconductor, medical device, or similar industries. The ideal person for this position will have a positive, team-first attitude, carefully follow work instructions, be meticulous and detail-oriented, and be willing to learn and master new skills. The person will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
