Role Overview

The Senior Talent Sourcer works under the Global Head of Talent Acquisition. They are a key part of our team. Their main tasks are to design and carry out effective strategies to discover, engage, and maintain relationships with top executive candidates who are currently not seeking employment. They will provide executive leaders and recruiting partners with key market insights while developing robust, diverse pipelines. As a Talent Sourcer, you will understand the company and its hiring goals. You will research available talent outside the company. Your job will be to identify various potential employee groups, come up with new methods to attract them, and use data to make your choices.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • 4+ years talent sourcing experience in a corporate and/or agency environment, leveraging industry-standard tools
  • Extensive experience in Financial Services, FinTech, and/or Crypto industries
  • Deep knowledge of relevant talent pools and the most effective current and emerging sourcing techniques to ensure diversity of candidates. A awareness of market trends and competitor insights, including the latest talent flows
  • Experience leading and directing strategic sourcing initiatives and providing data-driven recommendations to executive business leaders and stakeholders
  • Strong end-to-end project management

How you will contribute to the team:

  • Collaborate with business leaders, hiring managers, and recruiters to learn about their hiring needs. Find creative methods to locate and interest job seekers. Maintain a list of potential candidates ready. Aim to build teams that are diverse and have a variety of skills. Work with your team to manage candidates across the hiring process.
  • Review and analyze relevant talent market data and trends to provide insights and proactively consult on the implementation of hiring plans to address short and long term business needs
  • Build trust with senior leaders by having detailed talks, sharing knowledge about talent and job trends, and providing thorough reviews of candidates' basic technical and functional skills as it aligns to our roles.
  • Balancing the ownership of complex high-priority unique searches with critical talent pipelines. Establishing a deep knowledge of role requirements and business strategy, while shepherding an elegant executive candidate and hiring team experience
  • Assess candidates in relation to the job description and unique needs of the role and organization
  • Expand pipelines through execution of strategic research, sourcing campaigns, market mapping via multiple sourcing channels, and leveraging feedback to drive continuous improvement

Compensation

Base pay for this role is expected to be between $120,000.00 - 165,000.00. This expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role will also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance linked bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for a successful candidate will be determined based on a number of factors such as skillset, experience, and qualifications.
