The Associate Director, Talent Acquisition is responsible for overseeing the full life cycle of the recruiting process. Your passion for keeping abreast of industry, market trends, and innovative approaches to solve evolving business challenges through acquiring top talent will be key to success in this role. You will be called on to influence through strong relationship building and providing best in class service to hiring managers and candidates alike.
In partnership with leaders, you will support the corporate strategy talent acquisition, maintaining a clear focus on relationship management, candidate generation, employer branding, and candidate experience. You will independently execute strategic and operational projects and programs as needed. You will function as a subject matter expert on the recruitment process and sourcing strategies, helping to establish best practices. You will also contribute to training initiatives both within the Talent team and across the organization.
The position reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition and serves as a lead recruiter, managing a diverse pipeline of candidates, and actively managing senior-level and specialized searches. It is imperative that you be highly adaptable, able to manage a high volume of operational work and individual requisitions simultaneously without sacrificing quality, communication, or candidate experience.
Associate Director, Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:
Develop strategic partnerships through closely working with senior leaders and managers to gain insights on their business
Effectively manage consultative relationships with multiple Hiring Managers simultaneously, providing attentive service to all
Devise creative and effective sourcing strategies through various channels that will deliver the right talent at the right time to meet the staffing needs of the organization
Manage candidates seamlessly through the interview process; set expectations, provide thoughtful feedback, negotiate and close all offers
Support ongoing strategic development of recruiting processes: identifying competitive landscapes, providing insight on competitive benchmarking, defining candidate populations, and supporting refinement of the employer brand
Attend networking events, industry career fairs, and corporate events as needed
Efficiently and accurately maintain all Talent Acquisition tools and systems – Workday, LinkedIn, etc.
Contribute to the development of new Talent Acquisition initiatives, building supporting documentation when necessary
Job Requirements:
10+ years of experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or similar field of study or 15+ years’ experience in lieu of education
Successful track record recruiting and filling highly specialized roles
In-depth knowledge of the recruitment landscape, and deep commitment to continued self-education
Advanced knowledge and proven experience using LinkedIn and other search vehicles to source specialized industry talent
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – Workday preferred
Experience consulting, presenting, and communicating with senior leaders and other key stakeholders
Demonstrated analytical, creative thinking, and negotiation skills
Previous experience working in complex businesses that demonstrates an understanding of how to effectively manage/balance cultural and organizational dynamic nuances
Knowledge of employment and immigration law is preferred.
Strong ability to multitask and juggle multiple priorities with competing demands.
Experience in a fast-growing company where you understand flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Zionsville, IN, office located at 10555 Group 1001 Way. All candidates must be local to the Indianapolis metro area and willing to commute to that office on a regular basis.
