Northrop Grumman’s Aeronautics Systems sector is currently hiring a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Human Resources organization. The selected candidate will serve as the business partner and consultant to internal client groups to help build organizational capability to meet sector and organizational strategic goals. This position will be in located in either Melbourne, FL or Palmdale, CA. Occasional travel is required.
The incumbent will be the focal point to implement HR strategy, programs, and policies across multiple client groups, including demand planning, staffing, organization & talent development, succession planning, performance management, employee relations, compensation, reward & recognition, and will help drive a culture of high engagement and inclusion that sustains the highest level of employee and business performance.

Palmdale Salary Range for HRBP: $72,100-108,
Melbourne Salary Range for Principal HRBP: $76,600-115,000
Palmdale Salary Range for Principal HRBP: $88,700-133,100
Salary Range: $62,200.00 - $108,100.00Salary Range 2: $76,600.00 - $133,100.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
