The Associate Creative Director consistently builds client partnerships on behalf of the creative agency, developing innovative campaign strategies targeting the right audience to achieve their brand’s goals. Core Responsibilities
Responsible for developing client campaign and brand positioning strategies from ideation through execution. (Inclusive of market research, brainstorming, conceptualizing, copywriting, directing, managing contracts, adhering to legal compliance, and demonstrating end to end project management) independently or in partnership with their manager.
Confidently leads dynamic creative discovery and presentation meetings with clients by professionally representing the greater organization and utilizing excellent listening and relationship building skills.
Demonstrates a clear understanding of the fundamentals of creative execution,
effective marketing, and omni-channel advertising towards client’s KPIs.
Develops budgets proportional to media spend, sets realistic timeline expectations and closes creative opportunities while focusing on targeted financial metrics.
Responsible for hiring vendors with exceptional understanding of visual storytelling through various creative mediums and executing the best outcome within budget for each project.
Builds trust by communicating and collaborating with business partners in a professional, flexible, and positive manner to develop and close prospect opportunities by leveraging creative expertise.
Manages multiple assigned projects in an organized and proactive manner and within established timelines.
Consistently communicates and updates project status in CRM and project management software.
Thrives in a fast paced sales organization by proactively meeting challenges and offering revenue generating solutions.
