Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the systems and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Must have Skills : Strong work experience on AWS cloud services mainly on EC2, S3, EBS, EFS, FSX, CloudWatch, Auto-scaling, Lambda, SNS, SQS, VPC, IAM, and other Iaas and basic idea of Paas Services. Any one Cloud Certification would be preferred like AWS Sysops Admin, AWS Cloud Architect – Associate/Professional Experience in writing lambda functions. Possess good knowledge on CI/CD tools like GitHub and Jenkins. Should have hands-on experience in Windows / Linux server basic administration. Good to Have Skills: Thorough understanding on ITIL best practices Good to have hands-on experience in Windows / Linux administration. DevOps, CI/CD pipeline. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for provisioning and maintenance of IaaS services; contribution to automation. Should have experience on Linux/Unix, Other cloud experiences such as Azure would be preferred. Experience on planning, deploying, and maintaining AWS Services. Technical Experience: Technical experience on Public Cloud and Datacentre technologies. Strong understanding of AWS services eg SSM, VPC, S3, EC2, EBS, FSX, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, etc Should have experience on Linux/Windows. Other cloud experiences such as Azure would be preferred. Experience on planning, deploying, and maintaining AWS Services Experience in automating the build, configuration, and maintenance of IaaS solutions in AWS Knowledge of monitoring tools Effectively involve on any technical escalations and resolve them by collaborating with other SMEs. Professional Attributes: Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization. Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision. Flexible to work in 24/7 shift.
