Summary:

In this role, you will drive revenue growth by leading a team of senior-level Account Directors for National Accounts by maximizing contract utilization, selling Provista solutions, and building strategic executive relationships with existing members.

Responsibilities: 

  • Direct team of senior-level Account Directors to identify and execute strategies and solutions for National Accounts by leveraging Provista/Custom resources on behalf of the member.

  • Build and lead team, engaging and developing direct reports

  • Compose and deliver influential communications on multi-dimensions with clarity, confidence, and persuasion to senior executive-level audiences internally and externally.

  • Serve as lead strategic advisor to National Accounts at the leadership and C-suite level.

  • Manage overall pipeline for National Account direct reports to drive sales growth activity, and solutions and manage profitability of members

  • Work closely with Sr. Account Executives to develop member strategies that align with customer strategic priorities for supply cost and/or clinical performance and deliver on Provista goals.

  • Accountable for team revenue growth goals, team member savings, and team tracking metrics and linkage between members and Provista strategic solutions

  • Oversee the creation of professional proposals, pricing, and resource models to translate member needs into solutions

  • Lead negotiations and secure long-term, profitable member agreements.

Qualifications: 

  • Relevant degree desired; advanced degree preferred.

  • 10 or more years of healthcare sales/account management experience with proven experience in building and leading highly effective teams required.

  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills are required.

  • Experience selling in the non-acute market and working with Group Purchasing Organizations is required.

  • Trusted advisor with strong executive presence, and critical and strategic thinking skills.

  • Proven ability to drive strategic growth, build long-term partnerships with organizations, and the ability to influence decisions at the C-suite level.

  • Demonstrates the ability to develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans that align with organizational goals and drive measurable outcomes.

  • Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $135,200.00 to $223,200.00.
