About the Role: 

This position is responsible for working closely with our Account Management and New Business teams to identify opportunities and implement activities to drive our sales, streamline and help create a highly profitable retail network. From this perspective, the role acts as a COE (Centre of Excellence) and POC for Inside Sales across Africa. This includes tactical pricing implementation and continuous improvement across Africa.  
 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide guidance and strategic thinking on effective sales insights, tactics and practices. 

  • Create, implement and lead a revenue growth action plan: Work with the wider Inside Sales team to create targeted pricing plans aligned to business objectives. Identify and assess market trends to create and adapt strategies accordingly. Implement innovative approaches to meet and exceed revenue targets. Implement improvements and identify new opportunities for revenue growth. Work closely with the sales team to gather market intelligence, competitive corridor rates, fees, promotions, agent commissions and incentives. 

  • Analyse corridor risks and opportunities and take corrective pricing actions. 

  • Ensure day-to-day operational excellence at 360 and manage multiple stakeholders in different geographies: Coordinate with sales, marketing, product, sales support and other teams to ensure cohesive strategies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. 

  • Develop new hubs by providing insights and key drivers for growth, as well as plans for pricing strategies. 

Experience and Qualifications 

  • 5+ Years of strong knowledge of the Money transfer industry.  

  • Bachelor's degree in economics is preferred.

  • Coordinate activities and communications within cross-functional stakeholders in different geographies facilitating effective collaboration.  

  • Demonstrate solid understanding and a strong pricings dynamic knowledge. 

  • Demonstrate Strategic thinking. 

  • Analyze business risks and opportunities and recommend action plans. Financial acumen. 

  • Analytical skills. 

  • KPIs understanding. 

  • Able to manage multiple tasks in complex and fast environments. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Plan and organize, identify objectives and priorities, know how to consider the time available. 

  • Work by objectives: commitment, ability, substance, and determination to achieve the assigned objectives and go, when and where possible, beyond. 

  • Problem solving: the ability not to lose control of an unexpected problem and have the clarity to intervene and solve. 

  • Demonstrate critical thinking.  

  • Able to have transparent and productive relationships with peers, his Team and different stakeholders and collaborate successfully.
