Position Overview
 
We are looking to staff a Physical Security Program Coordinator for Netflix. The Program Coordinator will act as Physical Security Ambassador and will be the primary interface (internal or external) for all physical security coordination efforts in the APAC region. 

The Physical Security Program Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the rollout and management of incident & crisis programs, SOPs, baseline risk assessments, and other security playbooks in support of the APC region. You will coordinate and attend key cross-functional meetings to represent and promote the interests of the Physical Security Team. 

We are looking for a thoughtful and tenured practitioner with experience in developing regional corporate security programs that understands how to adapt traditional security programs operations with Netflix’s unique culture. 

The Physical Security Program Coordinator (APAC) role will be based in Singapore and will report to Netflix’s regional security manager. This is a full time position that requires 5 days a week in office based in Singapore.
 
Essential Job Functions

- Assist with the development of project documentation, including training guides, timelines, trackers, memos, etc.
- Work consistently to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the team by ensuring alignment with business owners, stakeholders, end-users and technical partners for assigned programs and projects
- Support data aggregation efforts for projects, programs and metrics and streamline digital workflows
- Contextualize and add regional vigor to global programs to further optimize regional program delivery
- Support the physical security project delivery workflow and critical path schedules, including maintaining runbooks and training material to drive alignment across the team, and with cross-functional partners
- Continually oversee and assess program strengths, risks and conduct stress tests to identify opportunities for further calibration across a program’s life cycle, seeking feedback from cross-functional partners along the way
- Curate and maintain a vendor list for physical security requirements. Improve workflows by using evolving technologies and authoring best practices
- Support the regional security team overseeing daily security operations across the region
 
Required Skills and Experience

- Qualifications in related field with at least 3 years of experience in security programs
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment supervising several projects from development through to delivery
- Team-player who operates in a fast-paced team-oriented setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to identify, analyze, and explain the present or future security program needs to leadership
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel to international offices, as required 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides and Google Mail

Preferred qualifications
- Proficiency in regional languages (Japanese, Hindi or Korean)
