This role helps assess, report, and drive actions that improve the overall performance of IT at Arch. You will engage directly with Product Teams and their members on the Agile Framework and practices in use across Arch IT, while partnering with the Corporate team to advance overall IT maturity. You will also support the maintenance and development of the Product-Oriented IT (POIT) training catalogue, ensuring a culture of systemic continuous learning.
For individuals earlier in their career, this position offers a strong foundation in Agile delivery, IT governance, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced leaders, gain broad exposure to enterprise IT processes, and contribute to initiatives that directly impact business performance. With plenty of room for growth, this role is a stepping stone to building both technical and leadership skills in a supportive, learning-focused environment.
This is a hybrid, twice-a-week, in-office role in one of our offices in Raleigh, NYC, or Jersey City.
Preferred:
Strong willingness to learn and adaptability in approach.
Prior experience in IT Governance or SDLC practice areas.
Experience developing and engaging with a broad training catalogue.
Ability to create succinct narratives from broad data.
Aptitude to work both independently and in a team environment.
Exemplary written and oral communication skills.
Required knowledge and skills are typically acquired through:
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field experience
Master’s degree in a related field.
For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.
$65,000 - 95,000
Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
