The P&G Internship program is a 6 month program aimed at providing students and recent graduates with an immersive experience in P&G's exciting and demanding corporate environment. Interns are entrusted with an individual business project to lead, own, and execute over the course of their internship with us. Each intern is provided with a personalized learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentorship, and formal training as they deliver their work at P&G.

As a Manufacturing Intern, you will be responsible for a certain project in the area of manufacturing process optimization, loss elimination, quality control, or development of engineering systems. 

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary 100 000 rubles gross

• Free lunch on the territory of the plant

• Shuttle bus from Moskovskaya subway station

Job Qualifications

• 3+ year students and recent graduates but no more than 2 years after graduation

• Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)

• Strong communication skills, leadership, and analytical capabilities

• Critical thinking, operational discipline, and ability to work within diverse teams

• Willingness to learn, can-do attitude, and flexibility
