Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the seamless operation of applications that are vital to business functions. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of systems, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the technology infrastructure. Your role will also require you to document findings and solutions, facilitating knowledge sharing within the team and enhancing the support processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. - Assist in the development and implementation of support processes and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud service management platforms. - Strong understanding of incident management and problem resolution techniques. - Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance metrics. - Experience in scripting and automation to enhance support efficiency. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
