Summary: Responsible for application maintenance, incident resolution, and request fulfillment for AS400 (IBM iSeries) business applications, ensuring system stability and timely delivery of enhancements. Roles & Responsibilities: • Handle incident management: analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues • Manage service requests and minor enhancements for AS400 applications • Maintain and enhance applications using RPGLE, CLLE, COBOL/400, DB2/400, SQL • Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes • Prepare and maintain technical documentation • Collaborate with cross functional teams for timely delivery Professional & Technical Skills: • Minimum 5+ years of experience in AS400 application maintenance • Strong hands-on expertise in RPGLE, CLLE, COBOL/400, DB2/400, SQL • Experience in incident and request management in production environments • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM System i (AS/400) RPG IV. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
